I was very disappointed in my last visit. In the past they always washed and vacuumed the car. That did not happen this visit and there were hand prints on the doors, front fenders and the hood had a full hand print about a foot from the front edge and about a foot from the passenger side. Very disrespectful to a 2021 Buick Envision with 4000 miles on it. More
