Farina and Brandon were very nice and helpful. However I was charged a labor charge for something that I feel should have been covered under the factory bumper to bumper warranty. My vehicle was purchased from a dealership with a 4” lift kit installed. A bolt on lower control arm loosened and caused the alignment to be off. I understand having to pay for alignment but not a $180 labor charge to re tighten bolts. More
Wife came in for a schedule oil change and was there for over two hours. Service advisor that she was working with was trying to take advantage of her by recommending several services. Repeat customer; ordered a new 2022 Yukon Denali because they advertised no mark up over MSRP. After 8 weeks waiting for the new Yukon to come in, they severely low balled me on my trade in. I was told that there were people on the lot eyeing my new Yukon and wanting to buy it if I didn't want to do the deal. I reluctantly went ahead with the purchase, but in retrospect I should have just purchased the new Yukon without giving them my trade and sold it myself. More
