The service techs are great, and they do a terrific job with the technical aspect of the service, but to be required to make an appointment for a simple oil change, and that simple oil change with tire rot with the technical aspect of the service, but to be required to make an appointment for a simple oil change, and that simple oil change with tire rotation still has you waiting for 2 hours is not acceptable. I like their service, but my time is important too, and I don't have 2 hours to spend in a dealership waiting room. More
