The check in and actual repair were good. My issue stems from the delays that occurred trying to determine if I had warranty coverage. After a couple hours of trying to obtain the information, I made a sin from the delays that occurred trying to determine if I had warranty coverage. I chose to have full detail on my 2020 Sierra. The customer service in the front desk is always great - and they always have my vehicle ready when they say it will be ready.
