Worst experience I have had. Customer service and communication was non existent. Parts were not in when vehicle was said to be dropped off, so vehicle sat there for a week. Updates were not relayed and a tone in attitude was displayed over the phone when discussing a discount through a manager at another dealership. (Discount was not necessary but appreciated). This experience has changed my mind in bringing ANY vehicle back for service. David Gonzalez was my previous service adviser and was absolutely phenomenal. I heard he was promoted to manager at Volvo and that was well deserved! More
This service is experience was fairly poor. I did have a 9 AM appointment. I was told they had a lot to do so it may be “a couple of hours”. So I waited for the vehicle. Hour and a half later I went outside 9 AM appointment. I was told they had a lot to do so it may be “a couple of hours”. So I waited for the vehicle. Hour and a half later I went outside and noticed that my vehicle was still sitting there without receiving any form of service. I went in and told the service advisor about this and told them to bring me the keys for the truck. If they cannot even start the work for an hour and a half after my appointment I was going to leave. So I did go outside to get my truck and someone had run out and jumped in the truck and moved it into the service area in that time interval. After that they did do OK work. The price was more than double of what I would be charged at my normal service place for my truck. I only went to this dealership so they could address a couple of minor pending recalls as well as do a standard oil change service. That was a mistake on my part. I will not be returning to this place. More
