No Pressure Sales I first looked at cars with Sebastian in January but was unsure of which model I wanted. He never pressured me to make a decision or revisit the dealership but rather kept me informed of sales and promotions as they became available. In March he emailed me about the current promotions on 2 of my top picks along with pictures of the models in their inventory. I went in to compare and test drive before deciding on a new 2019 Buick Envision. As a single female, shopping for a car can be an intimidating task but Sebastian put me at ease without any pressure to purchase. He made sure all my questions were answered and that I understood the pricing and promotions. His patience was greatly appreciated. Joe Marengo was also a great help and Shelton Story did a great job advising me on financing. I will definitely recommend Sebastian and the dealership to my family and friends. More

We arrived a little bit early for our service, but were taken right in. As usual, everything went well, and we were on the road in less than an hour. The waiting area is awesome with all the conveniences one could want. The premium snacks were excellent as we have come to expect. Great Until I Brought the Financing Check Everyone was very nice, including my salesman, until I started talking finances. I was on the phone with my loan officer at my bank and the salesman k Everyone was very nice, including my salesman, until I started talking finances. I was on the phone with my loan officer at my bank and the salesman kept rudely interrupting by shouting information that he needed from the officer repeatedly. I was a little shocked that he didn't have the patience to wait just a minute or so while I spoke to my loan officer about my own questions and needs. I offered to let him speak to her and he even seemed to speak rudely to her on the phone as well. I was embarrassed as I have a relationship with my loan officer and felt like I had to excuse his rude behavior. The salesman was nice when I first came to look at the car and offered to install a sunroof for a fee so I was very excited when I came back to purchase the vehicle. He also made a few other promises that he did not uphold. He promised to fill my tank the day I drove the car home - it was not full so he promised to make sure it was full when I returned to pick up the vehicle with the new sunroof installed. Okay, Ill take free gas when I can get it. He also promised to have the car detailed again for my final visit to pick up my car - neither was done when I came to pick up my vehicle. I also had to use a loaner car while mine was in the shop getting the sunroof installed, I was given a gas-guzzling SUV with about 1/8th of a tank of gas. The salesman was well aware that I live over an hour away and he still gave me the loaner in that state, so I had to fill it up with gas so I was able to get around. And on top of that he didn't fill up my personal car. He was just overall very rude after our initial interactions and did not keep his promises. Another reason I found him rude was his reaction to the value of my trade-in. I traded in a well loved (and well used) vehicle and he was very crass about the state of it. Granted, it wasn't in great condition by any means but he sure did let me know it! If salesmen were like doctors, this man has very poor bedside manner. It just didn't make me feel good as someone who was giving a lot of money (to a person like me) to a person/company. I then received an e-mail from the tag/title person at the dealership with a few different options that I may need to follow depending on my situation. I replied to the e-mail and was never responded to until I picked up my car for the final time when the salesman told me that I would need to return to the DMV after 45 days to get a new tag - which was in direct contradiction to the information in the e-mail. I have been googling what to do on the internet because I'd rather do that than rely on any information from this dealership. More

Twice I've been put in a rental and I understand you want to provide the option to have transportation but it's a inconvenience for working people who have little flexibility in their schedules. If GMC wants to minimize issues then I suggest investing in better technology, parts or whatever it is to provide better quality vehicles, especially when GMC vehicles cost just as much as quality foreign brands. I will say the staff is always helpful in trying to accommodate customers and genuinely listen to your concerns. More
