I highly recommend Victor with Jim Ellis. I went Tuesday night just to look at the options I had. Victor was leaving for the day and took time to make sure we didn’t have any questions. When I told him I was coming the next day to trade in my truck for a Jeep. He went ahead and got pictures of the truck, mileage, and the VIN. When I showed on Wednesday he had the one I wanted up front waiting on me. He was super nice. Easy to talk to and helped me through the process so quick. Thank you again Victor and everyone else at Jim Ellis for helping me get my Jeep Wrangler. More

The mechanic failed to put my paperwork in the proper order after the work was completed, and instead I of me being there 1 1/2 hours I was there for almost 3 hours.
