There was no greeting from Charles and no communication when I asked for assistance. I was promised $10 off my total, but during checkout I was told they could not honor it. I did not receive a breakdown of their diagnosis at checkout either. Another gentleman eventually offered to vacuum my car, and I truly appreciated his help.
