Waited longer then expected for an appropriate I went to the shop on Friday. He asked me if I had an appointment and I said no. He said it would be a hour to hour and a half wait. I had to fix my daughter's car - she was in Atlanta from Jacksonville for only one day- and the service department got me right in and attended to the I had to fix my daughter's car - she was in Atlanta from Jacksonville for only one day- and the service department got me right in and attended to the problem. REgular Maintnance Called in to make an appointment, the service person asked what service i need, i told oil change, he said no need to make an appointment just come on Called in to make an appointment, the service person asked what service i need, i told oil change, he said no need to make an appointment just come on in, i got there at 9:00am and it took them until 6;45pm to finish the truck for an oil change, their argument was that i din't have an appointment. I picked up the car at 7:00pm when the closed and the second day i got phone call back from dealer asking for me to drive the truck back to the dealer because the mechanic forgot to install some parts back on the engine. I mean come on, how can a mechanic forgets to put parts back on the truck? I had to waste another 3 hours to get the truck fixed. More
