Terrible customer service. Your service department messed up the steering column on my wife’s Acadia when she recently brought it in for an airbag recall, and when she brought Your service department messed up the steering column on my wife’s Acadia when she recently brought it in for an airbag recall, and when she brought it in to be fixed, the service rep gave her a hard time and tried to blame another place where they didn’t touch the steering column. Also, instead of fixing the problem that they caused, your service department supposedly did some inspection that my wife did not ask for and gave her an estimate of repairs totaling over $10,000 in an effort to gouge my wife. One of the outrageous costs was replacing the windshield wipers at well over $100 when nothing was wrong with them and we had recently replaced them. There were several other so-called repair items priced at several thousand dollars apiece on the estimate sheet that are not needed. The total cost of the recommended repairs exceeded the value of the vehicle. We’ve purchased three vehicles from your dealership in the past and likely will not be buying anymore vehicles from your dealership due to the terrible experience my wife just had. You guys should be ashamed. More
Ed Barnes was the gentleman who was forced to assist me with my car issues. My vehicle was purchased with extended warranty back in 2020. I had a couple leaks going on so I took it to Jim Ellis Buick GMC M with my car issues. My vehicle was purchased with extended warranty back in 2020. I had a couple leaks going on so I took it to Jim Ellis Buick GMC Mall of GA for further assistance. The first time I went to drop off my vehicle, it seemed like I was inconveniencing Mr. Barnes. No customer service skills whatsoever. I didn't really care bc I just wanted to get my car fixed and covered through the extended warranty I purchased from them. When I called two days later asking if my vehicle was ready, bc I hadn’t heard back from anyone re an expected date or time it’d be ready, he seemed bothered that I was calling for MY vehicle. He said it’d be ready that day but PM. I decided to let my in laws pick it up since they’re 30 minutes away and I’m 1hr and 20 out. I was told I’d only be charged the $100 deductible that warranty requires. The day my in laws picked up the vehicle, Mr. Barnes calls me shortly after stating he had accidentally charged the card the full $1,200+ for the job(s) instead of the $100 deductible only!!! That seemed to be the only time he seemed to care about his customer service skills. I was lucky enough to obtain the card information quickly so it could be credited back to the original card. He was apologetic about it bc he knew it had been his mistake. If you guys are going to offer extended warranty at the time of purchase of a vehicle, let the service advisors know they should treat those customers the same as they do with out of pocket paying customers. At the end of the day, we’re still paying customers, just at the beginning of purchasing the vehicle instead of at the time of a mechanical issue where they can stack on services and labor fees. I am glad I purchased the extended warranty. I just wish it would’ve been at a different dealership where they don’t treat extended warranty customers different from out of pocket paying customers. That’s all, just ask your service advisors to show a bit more customer service skills. More
While the reception was great, the wait was ridiculous. I came in for a basic oil change and was there for nearly two hours with no communication about the delay. I came in for a basic oil change and was there for nearly two hours with no communication about the delay. More
Not the greatest experience with a simple oil change and tire rotation appointment. Waited for 2 hours when I discover my Yukon was sitting ready for who knows how long while my service advisor had disappea tire rotation appointment. Waited for 2 hours when I discover my Yukon was sitting ready for who knows how long while my service advisor had disappeared. Had to run around and try to get someone else to help. Final straw was $109.95 oil change “special” with an additional $17.00 in “compliance” and “supply” fees. Very unprofessional overall. More

Issue wasn't fixed. Made it less than a mile and had to have the vehicle towed home and to another location. Brakes immediately started to smoke Made it less than a mile and had to have the vehicle towed home and to another location. Brakes immediately started to smoke More
