Other than the high price for an oil change, the service person was very nice and she was helpful. Having purchased the vehicle there a few years ago, I brought it in for service, teeming then the part that needed to be replaced in advice if my regular mechanic. I asked for one diagnostic to be done to advice about ac engine hesitation. Quote $700. The extra service needed was spark plug replacement. I opted to have that done for $300 less at the regular mechanic. This dealership not only didn't roll in the diagnostic fee in store if being paid to do paid service for my initiative train for the visit, they committed theft abs ac abusive practice by charging a second diagnostic which was not needed as the part replacement requested initially could be verified visually. Also, a $75 fee not in the quote was charged. $700 turned into $1000. After speaking with several other people I realized this is happening at multiple area GM dealership service departments. The service writer was very professional, but said he service manager makes the policy and would not adjust the unethical fees. I don't have any issues like this with the local Subaru dealership for the Subaru I own. More
