I have been coming to this location for several years, with the exception of other customers not caring about children being present and listening and watching tv that is not appropriate for all ages and with the exception of other customers not caring about children being present and listening and watching tv that is not appropriate for all ages and nothing being done to help rectify the issue we have loved this service center. We are also sadden by Tate no longer being here and wish more could have been done to have saved him, serious loss of an outstanding employee. Kovoki is whom we worked with this go round and he is another great advisor at Jim Ellis. More

Honestly, The service centers needs improved. I spend 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Only to have them bring me truck out and the tires pressures were totally out of I spend 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Only to have them bring me truck out and the tires pressures were totally out of spec. One front had 73lbs the other 60 and the dually tires had four different pressures. Bad enough you pay $140 for an oil change but you would think it would be done in a timely and efficient manner. FYI, I had the first appointment of the day at 7:30. More
