We have purchased 2 Mazdas from Jim Ellis Mazda with Mike Fesquez. Both experiences were favorable. My 2014 Mazda CX-5 is the 3rd Mazda I have purchased from Jim Ellis. Great until Financing Wait Everything about the buying experience (test drive with Mike F.; questions/negotiations on price with Tos) was excellent until we came into the dealer Everything about the buying experience (test drive with Mike F.; questions/negotiations on price with Tos) was excellent until we came into the dealership to finish the financing. We were asked to complete the financing paperwork online, which we did and we had told Tos that we would be in around 5:30 pm but when we got there around 5:15 they took another couple into the finance office who had not even begun the financing process. This added more than an hour of wait time to our visit. We were under the impression that we would be able to come in and sign the paperwork and drive off with our new car. Bruno killed some of our wait by a very thorough review our our new Miata but the extra time of waiting did not sit well with either of us. Especially since we still had work to do once we returned home over 2.5 hours later. We understand the pandemic is impacting things but we should not have been bumped when they knew we were on the way. Would buy from dealer again but would not tolerate being skipped over again. Hopefully this was a one time flaw that they will take into consideration for future consumers. More
