Four hours for a 45 minute cargo net install Went in to install a cargo net in my brand new Mazda 6. Was told when I made appointment that it would only take 45 minutes. I was there 4 hours! I was there almost 2 before service advisor came out to tell me why delay: a hook was broken and they had to go warehouse for another, but then additional issues with putting in bolts for hooks in trunk. He did offer me a future free oil change but I said at this speed I wasn’t encouraged to come back for something I could done close to home in 30 min. Upon getting bill, service advisor did end up giving me net and touch-up paint I ordered free, but I had to ask for that which seemed a given after 4 hours. I doubt I return. Used to be better, but past two visits have not gone well. More

Lease), how I wanted the car appointed and elaborated on my wishes to have everything but the signatures and key swap done prior to my arrival at the dealership and they were super in making it happen just that way! During the three years of my first lease from them, they moved into a new facility which is warm and inviting. The entire staff there are warm and friendly and respectful of their customers’ time and wishes. I will see you again in three years! More
