Scheduling my service online was easy. Something came up and I needed to change the date so I called the dealership and the woman who helped me made the change without any difficulty. This is the first time I have purchased a car without the high pressure salesman. Roosevelt was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without trying to push me into a decision.
