I’m was a repeat Lexus owner for many years, but a few years ago I purchased another vehicle. The warranty was going to expire on that vehicle, so I started looking at Lexus vehicles again, knowing their years ago I purchased another vehicle. The warranty was going to expire on that vehicle, so I started looking at Lexus vehicles again, knowing their dependability. I went to my local dealerships, but wasn’t satisfied with their assistance. We found a vehicle exactly like I wanted at Jim Hudson Lexus in Columbia, SC. I called and spoke with Seth Nortey late on a Saturday evening, just as they were closing. Seth didn’t rush me at all as he answered questions and took my information on my trade-in. First thing Monday morning, when they opened again, Seth contacted me and we worked out the details of the purchase very quickly and Tuesday he personally delivered my new car to our home over an hour away….on his day off! I can’t say enough about how kind and knowledgeable Seth was and what a pleasure it was to meet him in person. I love my new vehicle and even though Jim Hudson is not local, I will definitely contact Seth FIRST next time I’m in the market for a Lexus. More

This is my first Lexus (NX300) and I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase this vehicle. One of my tires picked up a 1" screw and was losing air. Since I was very close to 5000 miles, I sched with my decision to purchase this vehicle. One of my tires picked up a 1" screw and was losing air. Scheduling was super easy: I went online about 9:00pm Sunday night, got an appointment the next day at 10:30. Check-in was a breeze and my Service consultant met with me within 5 minutes of my arrival. Danil Weih. Danil was very professional Anand courteous. I wish I could give zero. We could not even take our time with the test drive, 2020 RX350, the price changed overnight. The gas light was on when he brought the car, he stated it didn't matter you have 40 mi with the test drive, 2020 RX350, the price changed overnight. The gas light was on when he brought the car, he stated it didn't matter you have 40 miles. You never trust that, you never know what might happen or someone gets stuck in traffic. We stayed park about 10 minutes just checking out insides and outsides of car, we he added more gas. We were gone 16 minutes when he started calling and texting where we were. This was beyond unprofessional. When I answered we were already in the parking lot.. My first experience with Lexus and I really thought I was going to buy one even if not the used one I test drove. He asked no questions, gave no options just took the keys back and said thank you. So we turned around and walked out. No follow no apology from him. I did speak with the general manager who apologize on his behalf.Just puts a bad taste in your mouth. More
