My experience has been and continues to be amazing. I’ve spent more time buying groceries in Walmart than I did purchasing my new car. From the time I saw my car on the lot, I was sold. I walked in and was greeted with a welcoming smile from Jasmine. My salesman, Terry Capers exceeded my expectations. He is not your average salesman. He was professional and knowledgeable in explaining and demonstrating the features of my car. It was quite obvious that he was offering me more than just a sales pitch. I was experiencing the Jim Hudson’s Lexus experience. Eddie Golley in finance had put together a desirable package for my new investment that brought tears to my eyes, literally. Leo Luna with his great sense of humor sealed the deal. I was off to enjoy my new car. Things didn’t stop there. I received a follow up call from Kayla Church informing me that she will be providing assistance with all of my technology questions. A few weeks later I had a question regarding my financing and Eddie gave me a satisfactory response. Oh yes, I forgot to mention the big red bow!
