I called this dealership and was amazed to hear that my car could be brought in that day for immediate ass My car had an unexpected need for service. The service representative gave me his name and contact to share with the person who would be towing my car 70 miles from my home to the dealership. The representative communicated progress with me throughout the entire process. This made me feel very comfortable since I was not there for a conversation. He notified me an hour in advance of my car being ready so I could literally arrive at the dealership and drive away in my serviced car. His customer service shined as he seemed to consider my time as being very important. I was thrilled for same day service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone interested in buying a vehicle. The sales representative is always important but the service personnel are the ones who keep me coming back!!!
