They diagnosed problem one quickly from the technical service bulletin that had been issued byLexus Took my Lexus to the dealership with two problems. They diagnosed problem one quickly from the technical service bulletin that had been issued byLexus and fixed the problem. Problem two was more complicated. The service manager called in a regional specialist who was able to pinpoint the problem, order the part, and fix the car. What great service to have a specialist come in and solve a complicated problem! Couldn’t ask for more! More

Best car buying experience ever! I had been looking at the online market--Vroom, Carmax, CarGuru etc--with much hesitation. They had Lexus vehicles but I was skeptical. My daughter I had been looking at the online market--Vroom, Carmax, CarGuru etc--with much hesitation. They had Lexus vehicles but I was skeptical. My daughter encouraged me to go see Jade. She was so right! Jade was wonderful. He seemed to know what suited me even before I did. He was easy to talk to, never any pressure. It did not rattle him a bit when I wanted to drive more than one vehicle, so patient with me. I have bought a few cars in the last forty years but this was the smoothest transaction hands down. Not to mention my satisfaction with driving a Certified Pre-Owned. Would love to say I would be back in a few years but the last Lexus I had I drove for 12 years. Excellent Service for 15000 Check! This was an opportunity to get my 15000 mile service done on my 2017 Lexus when a schedule opening occurred on short notice on a Friday morning. A lady by the name of Ashley helped me get an appointment for two hours later, just after lunch. I arrived on time, the service representative, Daniel Weih took great care of me, had the paperwork filled out quickly and promised me the service should take about 1 & 1/2 hours, which proved to be very accurate. There was a quiet place in the waiting room, where I was able to get some work or reading done. The service was done just as promised, the staff was very prompt & able to get me on my way in short order. An excellent experience, as always, with Jim Hudson Lexus. An outstanding dealership.
