Of the seven hours two and half was just sitting around doing nothing.we finally left and if it was for the salesperson we would have gone elsewhere.I got a call from the General Manager but all he had was excuses and stated the Dealership waiting time is better than average.Well That’s Something I’d Be Proud of. Then he asked me what I wanted. I said nothing! I would love to give him a few pointers on how to be more efficient but I’m sure he has more excuses and a closed mind. More

Drove from Charleston to Columbia to buy a 2018 Nissan Rouge that was like the one I had that was totaled.
