Awful customer service! !!! Sold me a car that I discovered one day later had major issues and wanted me to pay the 3000 to fix it. Then turned around and was mouthy with my !!! Sold me a car that I discovered one day later had major issues and wanted me to pay the 3000 to fix it. Then turned around and was mouthy with my wife and told her that we were lucky that they let us back out of the sale. They said they could’ve made us keep the car. Then basically admitted that they’re going to fix the car and sell it for a higher price. This dealership has unethical business practices. More

The sales staff is helpful, but the sales management, finance and detailing service was all but helpful. I purchased my new wrangler out of state and scheduled an appointment to pick it up. I had all my finance and detailing service was all but helpful. I purchased my new wrangler out of state and scheduled an appointment to pick it up. I had all my paperwork ready, but nothing was ready at the dealership. The sales person had to talk to the sales manager multiple times but the sales manager never showed his face. We asked about working out a deal with the extended warranty and they played a blame game so it was no one’s problem. When I finally got the car it was not properly cleaned. The main pro is I got the Jeep that I wanted. More
