Brian was very helpful and transparent in helping me find the right vehicle for my needs. The sales manager also listened to my concerns and wasn’t too salesey - more so just wanted to do what he could to ge the right vehicle for my needs. svc was great. only exception was that when we picked up the vehicle we expected it to be leaned, but all they did was take the tape residue off the side rear windo only exception was that when we picked up the vehicle we expected it to be leaned, but all they did was take the tape residue off the side rear window. Van was not rinsed off or anything. Most car delealerships that I have ever gone to do this. Maybe we should hae waited a couple more hours before picking it up. More

Was driving 3 hours to purchase Wrangler and wanted to complete as much of the process as possible ahead of time. Worked with William and Byron before I arrived and they had everything ready. Very disappointed they didn't have a loaner vehicle available. My service agreement when buying my vehicle one would be available when needed. I now wonder if they promised me something to buy the vehi available. My service agreement when buying my vehicle one would be available when needed.
