All we ended up doing was paying them money so they could call us stupid for buying a 4 cylinder engine. It didn't matter that we didn't think it was functioning properly. It was stated in the repair report that we bought a 4 cylinder engine and if we didn't like how it operated that larger engines are available for purchase. No one showed any conern about our problem with our vehicle and little effort was evident in finding a remedy for our "made up" problem. What I take from this is to not buy a 4 cylinder Ford and don't ever attempt to get service or buy a vehicle from Joe Machen's Ford. More
