Huge waste of our time. Drove 3hrs after speaking with Jalen only to be told after arriving in Jeff City the vehicle was no longer for sale & was going to wholesale. What's worse is their internet sales Jalen only to be told after arriving in Jeff City the vehicle was no longer for sale & was going to wholesale. What's worse is their internet sales team continued to contact us about buying the vehicle, & it stayed up on various car sites for several days after our wasted trip. We had financing with capital one and had put $700 down to go towards our sales tax and wanted to finance the rest of the sales tax. Matt from financing put the $700 as a down payment. After reviewing our paperwork the next day we saw it wasn’t right so we went back to the dealership and spoke with Matt about this he said he would take care of it we went back to find that he had to redo our financing and we had to pay a higher interest rate and a higher payment.We asked about getting our car back that we traded in and was told our car was gone. Then after we had submitted everything that was asked to get the loan we was told that capital one need more up to date paystubs.And then was asked that they needed proof of our bankruptcy being discharged after we had submitted that prior to getting the loan. Matt had to go back through our paperwork and he found our discharge paperwork. We have asked and asked about getting the check from Ford to pay our sales tax that was put into our financing for the purchase of the new vehicle. Matt told us they was waiting for capital one to approve the loan. This has been nothing but a BIG HEADACHE. I don’t recommend doing business with Joe Machens Ford.This will be the last time I ever do business with Joe Machens Ford. More

My battery failed while I was running errands. Fortunately I was able to get a jump start. Although it was late in the afternoon I decided to head to Joe Machens Ford where I get all my service w Fortunately I was able to get a jump start. Although it was late in the afternoon I decided to head to Joe Machens Ford where I get all my service work done on my 2015 F150. I didn't have an appointment but the service dept. worked me in to replace my battery and even honored my request for an oil change and tire rotation. After I left and got home I looked over the invoice and other paperwork and had several questions about the service. I called and my service tech had gone home for the day. I was able to speak to another tech "Angie" who answered all my questions. The Machens team took good care of me that day. On another note, I appreciate the service and maintenance notices I receive as emails. More
