Signed deal sheet to buy car at agreed upon price and when they came back 30 minutes later they wanted to charge me more for a tax error as they put my wrong address into the system. Also - when I left with the car they finally handed me the second key and it was broke after closing on the car and me asking multiple times if it had two working keys. Let's start with our interaction with the manager. He made us feel as though he wasn't interested in selling us a car, almost as if he was doing us a favor. We waited a long time before another staff member approached us to assist me If it weren't for the salesperson, we might not have even considered purchasing a car from this dealer.
