Service advisors have been ok. I wish they’d explain more about what is being done with my car instead of me having to ask them leading questions to find anything out, but at least they are friendly. Every time me or my wife has checked out, it’s as if the employees working the cashier stations are bothered by talking to anyone. They seem to be getting upset at me because they have to put their phone down to check me out. They’re rude and have a bad attitude about answering any questions I may have for them regarding my bill or where to pick up my car. More
