Fantastic Ike helped me with a problem since Dec. Ike Mohammed, Client Service Manager, is an EXCELLENT Client Service Manager..... IKE IS "MR. CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!!. Initially I had a problem with Ike Mohammed, Client Service Manager, is an EXCELLENT Client Service Manager..... IKE IS "MR. CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!!. Initially I had a problem with a tire, and then a wheel, and he handled both issues in a VERY TIMELY CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY MANNER, He listened to my issues, made several calls on to my extended warranty company to help solve my problem. He also returns your phone calls!! I cannot say enough good things about Ike. Thank you Ike!! More
Excellent Customer Experience I went knowing I would either be buying a used Lincoln MKC or a brand new Ford Escape. Fiori allowed me to drive both of them and he gave me all the information I needed to know on both cars in order to make my decision. I decided to buy the used Lincoln MKC and he was very helpful in all aspects. He was very thorough with the process of buying the car. My mother hates going to dealerships and buying cars, it's one of her least favorite things to do honestly. Fiori made it an easy process and my mom left the dealership happy and impressed. I would recommend this dealership and also Fiori to work with because of how nice and not pushy everyone was in this dealership. My family received excellent service and even though we lived over an hour away from this dealership, I would go back there to buy another car! More

Joey did all the heavy lifting making sure the transition from my old vehicle to the new one was easy and simple. Vehicles these days have so much technology and features that understanding everything can be a little overwhelming. Joey Gio was very patient taking the time to explain everything about my new vehicle to me until I was able to navigate on my own. Joey Gio is #1 . If you need a car Joey Gio is the man to see. Great dealership and everyone was friendly and helpful. From top management to the guys who washed and cleaned up my truck. Also gotta give a shout out to Shelby. She also gave big help with installation of the Fordpass app and software setup. Thanks for the instruction videos to Shelby. Very dishonest Brought car in with flat tire. Just bought tires for there a month ago and was told tire could not be fixed without even checking with a tech. Try to Brought car in with flat tire. I took it down the street to discount tires they patched it and sent me on my way! Then ask about light on lift gate and was told that’s not covered under your warranty you have to buy another assembly and that’s real expensive never even told me how much it was just assumed I wouldn’t buy it! Real have had bad experiences with this service department and will not be buying another car from there!!! More
