I had an overall positive experience with Joyce Honda. In the end, I feel like I got a good deal on my car, which I really appreciate. However, once the car was presented, I did feel that the salesperson In the end, I feel like I got a good deal on my car, which I really appreciate. However, once the car was presented, I did feel that the salesperson could have been more thorough in reviewing the features and details. A bit more time and explanation at that stage would have made the experience even better. Additionally, during the final review and signing of documents, I felt that there was a strong push to upsell additional insurance coverages. While I understand these options are part of the process, it came across as somewhat excessive and made that part of the experience feel a bit uncomfortable. More

I decided to switch from one dealership to Joyce Honda after having service completed on my older Accord.
