Alona was very patient in my decision making. She was kind enough to show me 3 very nice vehicles. The Mazda 6 was the overall winner for my needs, and she took the time to go over the options and set up kind enough to show me 3 very nice vehicles. The management staff also did a outstanding job with pricing and financing. Definitely a 4 star rating for Alona, the management staff, and Keffer Mazda. I want and prefer a local dealership in which to do business with versus the big city. More

It was a great experience. I went in expecting to find a great used vehicle and found one. I also had a great experience with Sabrina. Down to earth and conversational. Our salesman was great! He was very exact in describing all the features and went above and beyond in showing us how features work. We made our decision to purchase the car and asked that all paperwork be all the features and went above and beyond in showing us how features work. We made our decision to purchase the car and asked that all paperwork be ready to sign to make the deal fast and efficient when we arrived the next morning. His part of this was done. He understood all of our terms before we arrived the next day for the sale. The financial piece the next day however ruined what could have been a pleasant experience. It took several hours and tied up our time the entire morning. More

We came in to test drive a CX-5 just so we wouldn't have buyers' remorse before purchasing a new Rav4. We've driven Toyotas since 1985. Alona sold us on the CX-5, and my husband was most pleased that it did not have the CVT transmission that so many of the SUVs have now. More
