I came in to Kelly wanting to buy a Wrangler for my wife. The minute I contacted the dealership, Jarrett went above and beyond to find something that met our budget and exceeded our expectations. As a VP of Marketing who focuses a lot on the sales process, I have to say, Jarrett focuses heavily on customer service. Never at any point was I a burden to him, even going back and forth a number of times over a number of vehicles.
