Great People, Great Experience I purchased a 2020 Gladiator and was very specific on what I wanted. Not only did Jim Cohen help with ordering the exact vehicle that I wanted but he I purchased a 2020 Gladiator and was very specific on what I wanted. Not only did Jim Cohen help with ordering the exact vehicle that I wanted but he went above and beyond all expectations. He even went as far as to find tires that fit the style of the Gladiator better along with informing me of the new colors that I did not know about which were no additional cost to my purchase. It didn't hurt that the Jeep came in earlier than expected as well! These people know what they are doing and are extremely fair when it comes to negotiating costs. I look forward to using them in the future. More

Zero stars -Horrible service and Kelly was responsible for damage to my 2020 Wrangler which Dan Moyer, service manager, has refused to take responsibility. During the service , I was actually told that t for damage to my 2020 Wrangler which Dan Moyer, service manager, has refused to take responsibility. During the service , I was actually told that the technician was not familiar with how to repair my 2020 wrangler because it was too new??? Really? After 5 days, I picked up my vehicle which had less then 3k miles with a dent in the drivers side. I have asked for the vehicle incoming condition/inspection reports and video, however Dan and his team can not provide. They have, however, told me they could not have done it. Unbelievable!!! Please help me Chrysler with this horrible situation More
