Buying a car is an investment. We wanted a safe, reliable vehicle. Kelly Nissan is local, but also someplace we have purchased a vehicle from in the past. We were not disappointed. Our salesman was a friendly and respectful gentleman who listened to our needs and concerns. He is genuine and cares about the customer. The finance process is another part most people dread. We were pleasantly surprised to have a positive experience. There was no haggling back and forth. We discussed our needs and were given realistic options to move forward. We walked away with a no-hassle, honest (and nicely priced) deal on a new vehicle by day's end. They even took care of returning our car rental too.
