I had the best car buying experience I ever had I called Kelly Nissan I was looking for an inexpensive 2nd vehicle and spoke with Craig, told him what I was looking for and what I wanted expected to I called Kelly Nissan I was looking for an inexpensive 2nd vehicle and spoke with Craig, told him what I was looking for and what I wanted expected to pay based on other advertisements I seen on line. I liked his honesty, he admitted they could not do that on the vehicle other dealerships were claiming, but he said to stop in and he would be able to make it happen on an upgraded vehicle, I was thinking what a b/s story, but he seemed sincere, so I decided to stop by and put him to his words. When I got to the dealership, he put me in touch with Rich (salesman), told him exactly what he told me on the phone, Rich got the vehicle, showed me a few options with the different SV equipment, I chose the vehicle I wanted, showed me numbers that were quoted me on the phone. I was shocked, an honest car dealership? Who would believe that, he said John in Finance would be with me in a few minutes the waiting would be the longest part, but after about 1/2 hour I was singing documents and the car was mine. Rich even brought the car to my house for me. I have bought 20 cars om the past 17 years and I have to admit, I was shocked, this absolutely was the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

I came prepared to walk away if I felt I was being high pressured - that did not happen, they were all courteous, and my wife and I were treated respectfully through the whole process.
