Turns out it was, as the car had a salvage and flood title. The dealer started out with an offer and an interest rate of almost 11%! By the time we were walking out the door, they had dropped to 9%, and then called us 10 minutes later dropping it to 7%. Needless to say, we did not return. I myself was in the market to renew or purchase my current lease from Ganley Village and had to make a trip there the near future anyways. We met with Nick, who was very knowledgeable and professional for a young age. Nick was able to work with us and meet our needs, and we walked away with both a quality used vehicle and a new lease that fit our budgets. Jim was also very personable and clearly explained each step of the financing process. He even let us use his fancy writing utensils. Bobbi was also very welcoming and disinfected our table to ensure it was clean of all coronavirus bacteria! Felt like working with family I did not intend on going to this dealership when I started my car search. I was going to be a tough sale.I had a strict budget, a lease that wasn't working in my favor and looking for a unicorn of a car. Nick was quick to greet me, sit down with me and understand my situation. At first I was anxious because Nick was quick to say we can find something that will work for you. I was incredibly lucky and the dealership had the unicorn car I was looking for.
