For the 3rd visit in a row, the service department did not get to working on our vehicle the day we dropped it off for service. I did not get a call and had to call the following day to find out what was not get to working on our vehicle the day we dropped it off for service. I did not get a call and had to call the following day to find out what was going on. The last visit they did not find the issue until I drove the mechanic around to point out the noise. Why did I make an appointment if they don’t get to my vehicle until the following day. More

I did not work with John Ruper so I cannot comment. But Mike LaScola took care of me really well. I would highly recommend him. He answered all my questions and got back to me really quickly. I'm giving the dealership 4 stars instead of 5 because I could not use my X plan discount :(. I love my new truck but I assumed it came standard with a trailer hitch because it has all the anti-sway electronics, but it is missing that option for some reason. Overall, I would recommend the dealership. More
