I was told it would take 2 days to get my part in and they would call me when it arrived. It took over 3 weeks, with no updates, so I had to keep calling to check in. Every time I called, it sounded like they would call me when it arrived. It took over 3 weeks, with no updates, so I had to keep calling to check in.
