So I text Josh and he found out the answer for me. Come to find out it was his day off and he still called the dealer and found out the answer to my question. Thanks Josh . I also liked the shuttle service. It's nice not to have to find a ride home after you drop off your car. And 2 days later when my car was repaired I called the shuttle driver they came to my house and drove me back to the dealership. Shuttle drivers name was Steve very nice guy. Jesse took the time to answer my questions of what service I should be looking at given the lower mileage on my car. I appreciated Jesse's recommendations, his helpfulness, and his courtesy. I told Jesse the next time I bring my Honda in, I hope I am able to work with him again. To me he is the type of Service Advisor a company wants to represent them.
