We spent 5 cold and snowy days looking at cars from Ogden to North Salt Lake. Mario Saucedo and Ken Garff Honda were the second dealership we visited and the customer service we received was by far the very to North Salt Lake. Just short of a good experience The salesman Mr. West was nice and was very patient showing and explaining the cars. If I asked a question that he did not know the answer, then he w The salesman Mr. West was nice and was very patient showing and explaining the cars. If I asked a question that he did not know the answer, then he would find the answer. When it came to start talking about sales price, that is when it started to go downhill. First, they advertised a price and then tried to quote me a price about $2000 more. I negotiated out of that and it seemed fine. However, the price still had other things built into the final price that I was not asked about or told I could refuse (vehicle theft warrant for $300?). Things that were duplicated by insurance anyway. The process of signing where these things are slipped in goes by very fast and they just tell you where to sign and get you out the door. Granted, by that time I was ready to get out of there so I should have looked closer. The final problem was that when I came to pick up the car it had almost no gas and I had to fill up before even getting home. This was just another pain to deal with after everything that makes you feel like they are looking for every way to gouge you. More
