Doesnt own up to vehicles they sell We purchased a Dodge Truck from Ken Garff in Ogden. The buying process was fine, went fast and smooth. The sales rep was very nice and had a great per We purchased a Dodge Truck from Ken Garff in Ogden. The buying process was fine, went fast and smooth. The sales rep was very nice and had a great personality. Easy to work with on that part. But once we took the truck home, there were just issues right away. The check engine light came on a week later, so we called and took it in. No one looked at it for a week, because they said their diesel mechanic wouldn't be in for a week but any mechanic can do a diagnostic on a vehicle. They found the issue, but still insisted that they needed the diesel mechanic to fix it. I called my mechanic who said that isnt necessary to fix the issue, and that anyone could do it. It eventually was fixed a week later and we didnt have to pay for it. That part was very kind of them. Then a few weeks later, the water pump went out. We called back and told them, they said they would have their service department call us and we waited a while for that. When they did, all they said was they do not work on diesel trucks(why sell one if you cant help people with them), and would need to outsource to another mechanic. Water pumps are fairly simple to fix and shouldnt require a whole different mechanic when they have tons of them. After that call, we never asked for their help again and they never reached out again to see if we still needed help. They were super urgent to get us to buy the truck, but once we had it they could care less about the experience we had. I reccomend taking a vehicle you get from them to your local mechanic to have them check it out first! More

Bought a new, used, car I came in for oil changes for Christmas. I decided to check what used cars there were. Tyler had helped me before and took the time to help expla I came in for oil changes for Christmas. I decided to check what used cars there were. Tyler had helped me before and took the time to help explain all of the dials on the CR-V.. I asked for Tyler and he helped me find one. I had an appointment I needed to be at. He helped me get out very fast. I bought a CR-V in 1997. Loved that car! I liked that there was a removable card table in the back. I bought another CR-V in 2016, and have loved the room in the car and the all wheel drive in the winter, I wanted my son to have a good car for the winter. Kevin Hurd from the service department also came and talked with me, as I have always bought a new car, and was a little worried about buying a used car. Kevin has helped me maintain my cars for a long time. I love the friendly staff!! Thank you Ken Garff for taking care of my cars for more than 20 years! More
