Bought a new, used, car I came in for oil changes for Christmas. I decided to check what used cars there were. Tyler had helped me before and took the time to help explain all of the dials on the CR-V.. I asked for Tyler and he helped me find one. I had an appointment I needed to be at. He helped me get out very fast. I bought a CR-V in 1997. Loved that car! I liked that there was a removable card table in the back. I bought another CR-V in 2016, and have loved the room in the car and the all wheel drive in the winter, I wanted my son to have a good car for the winter. Kevin Hurd from the service department also came and talked with me, as I have always bought a new car, and was a little worried about buying a used car. Kevin has helped me maintain my cars for a long time. I love the friendly staff!! Thank you Ken Garff for taking care of my cars for more than 20 years! More

Customer Service is not your goal! Customer service has not been super great both times I’ve been in. Everyone acts super busy or tired every time I've been in. 3-4 people at their stat Customer service has not been super great both times I’ve been in. Everyone acts super busy or tired every time I've been in. 3-4 people at their stations not with customers and can't look up to acknowledge they have people waiting. It also took over 11 minutes on the phone to schedule my free advantage care oil change. They were more concerned about a good survey than actual customer service. It’s been two weeks since I was text by the company asking for a great survey and if there was a problem to let them fix it. I sent them this same review almost two weeks ago with no response. More
