It was a bad experience Had scheduled ahead of time and when the day came they were not on time. What should have taken 45 minutes total, took 2 hours. SALESMAN KNOWS HIS STUFF Stopped into the dealership to look at some new CRV's. I looked him up again upon this trip and had him show me some of the new models, took one for a test drive and he really knew all about the car and was able to answer all of my questions. I was curious about the not released 2020 models as well and I didn't think he'd know much about them as they had none on the lot yet, but boy was i surprised. . Thieves broke lock on driver door to enter car I was helped by Craig Rivas. I was very upset and he showed me compassion. He calmed me and explained what needed to be done.
