I was very pleased with my experience at Ken Gatff. All the employees that helped me were very courteous, and explained what was going on with the car. Almost killed my wife We took our Odyssey in for a routine oil change. During the work it was noticed that the breaks needed to be replaced, so we had them replaced. The next day as my wife was driving home the car made a strange loud noises on the highway. She pulled off the highway and called AAA. They came and found a lug nut was missing and all the lug nuts on rear passenger tire we're loose and almost falling off. The AAA guy said that this was the 5-6th call about this happening from break replacements at Ken Garff Honda in Riverdale. Had my wife not stopped the tire would have come off and most likely destroyed the car a d possibly killed her and anyone else near her. More
