Unable to solve problem The Android Auto app will not connect from my phone to the car. Service was not able to resolve the issue. I was there for 2.5 hours but needed to leave for a doctor's appointment. They suggested I bring the car in for further inspection early in the day. I spent another hour on my phone today with Verizon but the problem continues. I cannot get a bluetooth icon to appear on my car home screen. Frank was very apologetic and polite. Apparently limited time was a factor. More
