Very pleasant. They did what they promised. I walked in planning on receiving a prepaid service that I opted for when purchasing my car one year ago and left paying $200 for services I did not really need, because that was “required for my car to be fully maintained and ready to go.” They told me that after only one year, my services had “lapsed.” discounted me only $30 for the service that I originally went in for when I should have been discounted much more. I’m very disappointed and won’t be going back unless I have someone experienced with cars with me so I won’t be taken advantage of. More
