The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that the appointment ran twice as long as they estimated, which was inconvenient. My first stop in to get a key took much longer than it should have. The parts desk had a hard time finding and ordering what I needed. Coming back to get my key programmed required an appointment. I waite should have. The parts desk had a hard time finding and ordering what I needed. Coming back to get my key programmed required an appointment.
