Dino, my Service Advisor was EXcellent!! Was very professional, respectful and courteous and Explained every thing to my satisfaction. Once I finish my contractual service agreement (Sept 2021) with the company who I purchased our 2016 Pilot EX-L from, I plan to return to this Ken Garff's Service Department to contine having this location perform remaming serivces on our vechile until we sell/trade it for an upgraded year model of another Honda vechicle. The staff is very good, friendly, and cares for the customers. Then only negative was the technician who works on my brakes may have forgotten to place one of the bolt on the brake. That was only discovered after driving to Southern CA to visit family. There was a loud clunking noise whenever going over the pot hole. I took it to local Honda dealer in Huntington Beach who discovered the missing bolt and replaced it. No more noise after that. More
