Ended up needing more work done than I had planned on. Josh was excellent at keeping me updated on what was happening and discussing what needed to be done now and what could wait. It was really informative to receive the inspection video from the Service Dept on what they had found. The service technician even came in the next day, on his day off to get the work my car repair completed. Kudos to him and Josh for their excellent work and customer service. More
