I'm from out of town, but I normally get my Ridgeline serviced at my local Honda dealer. I came to Garff as they are the local Honda dealer to my son's home. Frank (Perez) was my advisor. Frank was professional,and he and my service tech kept me informed throughout the service. Would I return to Garff Honda for service? The chances are pretty slim only because I live nearly 2,000 mails away. But if I'm in the Riverdale area, and with my Ridgeline, and it requires service, I will definitely return. More

Brought my car in at 11:00. I was told it would be done around 12:30 but just to be sure it was done they told me it would for sure be done at 1;00. So I came to pick up my car I was told it would be done around 12:30 but just to be sure it was done they told me it would for sure be done at 1;00. So I came to pick up my car at 2:00! It still hadn't been even touched. I waited another hour,vthen asked again for my car. They said it wasn't done yet that it would be another half hour. Well after waiting another hour it was finally done but oh now for some reason the tray that sits under the engine was missing with this oil change. I was very upset and let the service worker know. I told the setvice worker i felt like that was a little suspicious being that i had made trouble over them not having my car ready when they said it would, to then now be missing the tray. Now tell me this . . .what are the odds that a fairly new vehicle would have the tray just fall off the vehicle yet I never heard any such noise from my car to indicate that it was loose nor did I hear it fall off. They ended up not charging me for the emissions just for them to take my tray off my car in retaliation, I feel, because it was there last oil change. I can't tell you how disgusted I am by this whole incident. I want my tray put back on my car or I will leave and take my other family members with me. There is no excuse for repeatedly promising a car would be done then to lie and say the tray under the car was missing when I brought the car in. This whole incident was a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
This was such a downgrade compared to the orem location. The staff was.. not rude but acted annoyed that anyone was there.
