Service was not acceptable The service rep had no idea what she was talking about nor nee any answers to my questions The sales manager was no help I received an estimate of 1500.00 for replacing a be what she was talking about nor nee any answers to my questions The sales manager was no help I received an estimate of 1500.00 for replacing a bearing and sensor and was charged 160.00 for receiving this estimate I took my car to a reputable mechanic and was charged 400.00 for the exact same service Ken Garff might have ears to listen but to no avail as they overcharge for service. That's an 1100.00 different Quite ridiculous!!! I also called my old salesman to see if I could buy a used car. He said he would check around and get back to me. He never did. So you lost me as a customer in service and sales ! Hope this helps and you will quit gouging people on pricing More

I made an appointment for an advantage care service. I arrived on time. Other than moving my car 5 or 6 times, no one worked on it for a good hour.
