Kia AutoSport Columbus responded

Thank you for your feedback Ms. McMichael. As we discussed previously, your vehicle was originally presented to us 03/04/22 with a tire issue from impact. We corrected your concern and you drove 7,311 miles and 3.5 months before returning to the dealership with a completely different issue. Your vehicle had experienced another impact causing your transmission to be run out of fluid and failing, your oil pan was damaged, your splash shield was damaged, and your transmission mount was damaged. If all of this damaged was from the original impact, how would your vehicle have driven 7,311 miles. When we presented this to you, you became extremely irate with us, using fowl language and yelling. You even hung-up on us and we continued to try and reach you. At that point you asked us to contact your insurance company, which we did for you, and continued with repair. We are happy to assist you but no one here, including management, deserves to be yelled and cursed at. I think if we are unable to satisfy you or you are dissatisfied with management or by the service we provide it would be best for you to seek assistance from another Kia dealership.
