I would not return as a customer. I felt I knew more about the vehicle than Austen during the test drive. I understand you are a volume dealership but at least know the basics of your I felt I knew more about the vehicle than Austen during the test drive. I understand you are a volume dealership but at least know the basics of your own vehicles. This left me to find everything out on my own vs being shown some of the features. Some of the feature (sensors) do not work, there was a chip in the windshield that they expect me to claim on my insurance,.and the vehicle had an oil leak. I found all of this out on my own instead of being made aware. It was not a truthful customer to dealership relationship so far so I will take all my business elsewhere in the future. More
