New to the area and needed to service our new Kia, we were so pleased with the dealership, we knew we would search there lot for another used car we needed to purchase. My initial interaction was with Ed Sandoval, what a pleasant and friendly salesperson, never pushy or intrusive. His professionalism made me want to pursue a purchase. The car was extremely clean and without any kind of damage which is rare for a used car, new tires, impeccably detailed, the presentation was pristine. We could not ask for a better option and the price they offered was incredible compared to anything I could find online or any other dealerships nearby. We decided to go ahead with the purchase and I outlined everything via email, by the time I arrived to complete the purchase it only took me about 45 minutes total and I was driving away with the keys. No pushy tactics, price up front, just sign here, exactly the way I like to buy a vehicle. Francis was an absolute dream to work with and what a wonderful person.
